Getting your space organized does not have to be a colossal feat but just a few changes can bring about the tranquility you need to accomplish your tasks.

Purge
- Discard all unnecessary, papers and supplies.
- Scan important documents and store them digitally. This will reduce the paper clutter.
Storage
- Use desk organizations to store small items like pens, pencils, and paper clips.
- Label files into different categories: "To do" and "Completed."
- Use shelves, bookcases, or pegboards to save space.
Desk Layout
- Keep only necessary items that you use daily on your desk.
- Keep wires and cables out of sight by using ties, cable clips, or sleeves.
Inbox/Outbox
- Use stackable trays for incoming documents like memos or mail.
- Sort your digital mail into folders that can be located easily.
Motivational Tools
- Have inspirational quotes, vision boards, or family photos on display to keep you motivated.
- Avoid over-decorating to maintain a professional atmosphere.
